Refunds

If I cancel

You receive a full refund, or we move the sitting to a new time — your choice. The same if I am unwell, or the Zoom room fails on my side.

If you cancel or move

• More than 48 hours before. Full refund, or one free reschedule.
• Inside 48 hours. One reschedule. If you cannot take a new time, the fee is kept — the hour was held for you.
• After we have begun. No refund for change of mind. A reading, a counselling hour, and a card sitting are the time we spent together.

Written mandala readings

If the letter has not been sent within five days of a complete upload, you may have a full refund. Once the letter is sent, a reading that simply did not feel how you hoped is not a refund. We can still speak, if something was missed.

Courses

You may ask for a full refund within seven days of paying, if you have not booked the Zoom hour that comes with the path. After seven days, or after that hour is held, the course is not refunded for change of mind. The launch consult is part of the course: if the course is refunded, the hour is released. If the hour has already been held, the course refund is the course price less that hour.

What is never charged

The card of the day and asking your guides are free. There is nothing to refund.

How a refund is paid

Back the way you paid — PayID or bank transfer — within five business days of agreement. Write to the email on your confirmation, with your name and the sitting.

Australian Consumer Law

These guarantees apply automatically. A refund policy cannot take them away.

• Due care and skill. The sitting is held as described — on time, for the hour, with the care a competent spiritual healing counsellor would use.
• Fit for the purpose we named. A two-card read is a two-card read. A Zoom hour is a Zoom hour. The purpose is the sitting, not a guaranteed healing, diagnosis, or life outcome.
• A reasonable time. A live session is at the booked time. A mandala letter is within five days of a complete upload, unless we agreed otherwise.

If a service has a major problem — not provided, not as described, or not held with due care — you may have a refund or a new sitting. Feeling differently than you hoped, by itself, is not a failure of the service. A spiritual reading is not a medical or psychological treatment.
